Each year, thousands of Quebec children register for day camps in order to spend an enjoyable and enriching summer. However, what happens when a child is stung by a wasp and gets a severe anaphylactic reaction? What if a child gets a head injury after a serious fall on the playground.
Whether someone is injured or is feeling faint from the summer sun, first aiders must be ready to respond quickly and provide necessary care.

Santinel is the main provider for first-aid courses accredited by the CNESST as well as federal and provincial governments. Santinel offers one-day first-aid courses designed specifically for day camp and summer camp counsellors.

Our training complies with the requirements of the Ministry of Families. Moreover, our instructors are all trained and certified by our paramedical director who is First Aid Instructor Trainer certified by the Lifesaving Society, First Responder Instructor certified by the Canadian Red Cross and member of the CSA Committee for Pan-Canadian Standards for First Aid in the Workplace.
