This training teaches cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) techniques for adults (8 years and older), as well as the safe and effective use of an automated external defibrillator (AED).

In this training, you will learn:

Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) for adults
Recognition of cardiac arrest
Use of an automated external defibrillator (AED)
Safety and the chain of survival
Emergency management until the arrival of emergency services
