Every summer, thousands of children attend day camps and vacation programs across Quebec. While summer is synonymous with fun, it also requires vigilance and preparation. An allergic reaction, a fall, an injury… the unexpected can happen at any time.
This training helps participants develop the essential reflexes to respond effectively and provide appropriate care in emergencies. It prepares them to act calmly and confidently within the dynamic and often unpredictable setting of summer activities.
In this training, you will learn:
- Emergency interventions for children
- Allergic reactions and use of epinephrine
- Care for injuries, falls, or fainting
- Prevention of incidents related to heat, water, and outdoor play
