Level 0 First Responder training prepares participants to respond effectively in emergency situations, especially when emergency services are unavailable or cannot reach victims quickly (remote or isolated areas). It covers critical aspects of safe, rapid, and structured care.
In this training, you will learn:
- Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)
- Use of an automated external defibrillator (AED)
Who is this training for ?
- Participants requiring a First Responder certification recognized by the Canadian Red Cross
- Professionals working in industrial or remote settings, where a CNESST-recognized certification is required
- Firefighters, police officers, rescuers, or emergency responders who are often called to act before the arrival of paramedics
Skills Maintenance
To stay up to date and maintain an optimal level of response, 4-hour skills maintenance modules are also offered. These allow participants to review key concepts and practice essential techniques in compliance with certification requirements.
