First Aid for In-School Daycare (6hrs)

This 6-hour training allows school staff to refresh their first aid knowledge and maintain a valid certification without having to retake the full course. It aims to reinforce proper response reflexes, update practices, and ensure that every staff member is prepared to handle everyday emergencies in a school setting.

In this training, you will learn:

  • Review of interventions for fainting, falls, or injuries
  • Reminder of procedures for choking or allergic reactions
  • Use of epinephrine and first aid devices
  • Review of emergency protocols adapted to the school environment
  • Update on recommended first aid practices

Who is this training for ?
For individuals who have successfully completed the “General First Aid for School Childcare (8 hours)” training provided that the certificate is still valid at the time of registration, but nearing its expiration date
